We were very nervous about trusting the care of our beloved degus to a stranger for a week. Helen’s regular text reports and photos soon stopped us worrying. Helen also did a great job of watering the garden and taking care of minor issues such as the post. Would have no problem asking Helen to look after the pets and house next time we go away
We were going away for a few days & needed someone to look after Rhubarb, it was great to find Helen who came in daily to check Rhubarb was OK & that he had fresh water & food.
Helen has been walking our border collie Jenn for us. We’ve been really impressed with her service – she even suggested that we changed the times of the walks so that they were more “in the middle” of Jenn’s day. Loved the little updates & photos Helen sent whilst they were out walking. Will be using Helen again and would thoroughly recommend her.
Helen looked after our beloved cat Scoobs while we went away for weeks last summer. She came over twice daily to feed Scoobs and stayed to give appropriate amounts of fuss too! Think Scoobs was a bit put out when we returned home! Would thoroughly recommend Helen for her pet sitting services, very efficient, caring and trustworthy, have already booked her in for our next trip away!
Helen has made it possible for us to own a dog, without her I wouldn’t be able to as myself and my other half work all day. Helen is extremely trustworthy and comes by every day during the week to play with my puppy Rupert. She always updates me on how he’s getting on, which really brightens up my day! Helen is great with Rupert and is extremely patient. Being an experienced dog owner Helen often shares her tips and advice with me which is great for a first time dog owner! I couldn’t thank Helen enough for the role she has in my puppies life! I’m sure he is very much looking forward to growing up and being able to go out for walks with Helen!
An excellent and reliable service at a reasonable price. Helen’s professional and pleasant approach endears her to both her 4 legged and 2 legged clients.
‘We can’t recommend Happy Dog Walk and Pet Care highly enough. Helen provided an excellent, professional and friendly dog walking service for our golden retriever Dusty during a busy period of work schedules. Dusty and Helen had a fantastic friendship, and we shall certainly use Happy Dog Walks again.’
Helen has been walking Hudson, my Miniature Schnauzer twice weekly for a couple of months now.I feel confident that Hudson is getting the attention he deserves whilst I am at work. Helen always leaves me a little note to let me know how he was. She often sends me photos and he certainly looks happy. Having Helen walk Hudson a couple of times a week has enabled me to stay at work all day rather than nipping home at lunchtime, which has taken a lot of pressure off me. I can happily recommend Helen to anyone needing a dog walker
Helen offers a very friendly and reliable service. It’s lovely to be able to go out and know your pet is in good hands. Helen’s texts are reassuring, letting us know Nell is fine and enjoying her walk. We would highly recommend Helen.
Helen has been able to help us out on two separate occasions, once in the summer, and once at Christmas, so that we could take a family holiday. Our dog, Oscar, goes for his holiday to my dad’s where he is thoroughly spoilt ! Unfortunately, dad is now a bit unsteady on his feet, so Helen was called in on a daily basis to take him out for his walk, together with dad’s dog, Gypsy. It was lovely not having to worry about whether Oscar was getting enough exercise, as we knew Helen was attending to this. (An additional bonus was that dad thoroughly enjoyed Helen popping in and, if she had the time, they would share a cup of tea with biscuits and a natter!!)
